Manuel Casais, 80, of Bayonne, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018, at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ with his loving family by his side.
Born in El-Pindo, Spain, Manuel immigrated to the United States in 1965 and has resided for the past 52 years in Bayonne. He was employed as a machinist for the the Airflyte Electronics Corporation in Bayonne for 35 years prior to his retirement in 2000.
Manuel was predeceased by his parents, Jose and Carmen (Caamano) Casais. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Manuela (Rama) Casais, his daughter Isabel Lubach and her husband Joseph, his son Luis Casais and his wife Kimberly, his sister Carmen Casais, two brothers, Jose Luis and Ramon Casais, and his 2 adored grandchildren, Lola Lubach and Kylie Casais.
A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 11, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral mass in Manuel’s honor will be offered on Friday, January 12, 10:00 am at St. John Paul II Parish at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington, NJ.
