Morris Roman

Morris Roman, 60, of Bayonne, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, with his loving family by his side.  Morris was born in Paterson, NJ, and has resided in Bayonne for many years.  He was employed at Toys R Us in Jersey City, as an assistant manager, a position he held for over 24 years.  Morris will be sadly missed but never forgotten by those who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife Pauline (Olkewicz) Roman; his mother Linda (Vargas) Roman; his children, Nicole Dellamonica, Vanessa Ash, twins Shanya and Tanya Roman, Keith Olkewicz, and Morris Roman Jr.; his sister Evelyn, his brothers, Raymond and Dennis Roman and nine grandchildren, twins Lilianna, Giana, and Gary Dellamonica Jr., Elijah, Isaiah, and Jolin Roman, and Jordan, Ciara, and Mayah Ash; and many  nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home, on Wednesday, July 18, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.  A funeral mass in Morris’s honor will be offered on Thursday, July 19, at 10:00 am at St. John Paul II Parish of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
