Adele Gull, a beloved lifelong resident of Bayonne, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 17, 2024, with her loving family by her side.
Adele embodied the spirit of a devoted homemaker, always prioritizing her family's needs. The holiday season held a special significance for her, as it brought her family together for memorable gatherings and cherished traditions passed down through generations. During this time, Adele took great joy in preparing her favorite dishes, many of which reflected her Polish heritage. Each meal became a heartfelt expression of love and unity.
Adele appreciated vacations at Ocean Beach (Unit 2), where every moment became a celebration of family bonding, laughter, and the simple joys of life. She and her husband, Joseph, enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas. Together, they explored casinos and famous attractions, fully embracing in the excitement of the city until Joseph's passing in 1999. Afterwards, Adele continued her frequent trips to Las Vegas with other family members to visit her son, Steven, who had relocated there.
Adele enjoyed the comforts of home in her leisure time, often immersing herself in challenging crossword puzzles. Max, her mini Australian Shepherd, enriched her life with warmth and love. His lively spirit elevated him beyond the role of a pet—he was indeed her precious companion.
Adele is now at peace, reunited with her dearly beloved husband, Joseph John, and her cherished son, Steven. She joins her parents, Frank and Sophie (Gesek) Gers; her grandson, David Paul Gelenites; her great-grandson, Ryan Gelenites; her son-in-law, Edward Gelenites; her sister, Jane Pekarik; and her three brothers, Thaddeus, Walter, and John Gers.
