Arturo Bolanos Navarro, of Bayonne, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, December 2, 2022. Born in Mexico City, Arturo immigrated to the United States in 2004 and has resided in Bayonne for the past 18 years.
Arturo found immense joy working as a waiter for El Aguila Dorada and DaNoi Restaurant in Bayonne where he was highly regarded by his fellow employees and appreciated by customers for his hospitality and pleasant conversations. A generous person by nature with kindness in his heart, Arturo was always ready and willing to help those close to him in any way he could. He will be remembered for the optimistic spirit he brought to the lives of his family and friends, all of whom he treasured spending time with. Although he is no longer physically here, he will live on in the hearts of all those who were privileged to have known him.
Arturo was predeceased by his beloved mother, Leonardo Nicolasa Navarro (Vidal). Left to cherish his memory are his loving father, Alfredo Alvaro Bolanos Larrazaval (of Mexico), his sister Maria Del Carmen Bolanos Navarro, brother, Cipriano Bolanos Navarro, Isidro, Juan and Faustino Bolanos Navarro, and many caring nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, December 8, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A Catholic religious service will be conducted by the Rev. Morris Montoya of Blessed Miriam Teresa Demjanovich Parish, Bayonne at 9:30 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date at the Panteon Los Angeles Cemetery in Ixtapaluca, Edo, Mexico.
In Loving Memory of Arturo Bolanos Navarro
Death is only a mark in time and place
When the body gives up its last
breath in an eternal race
The mind traveling it’s final course
Pursues thoughts already in force;
As the body drops
The spirit soars and stops
At an address stamped by the mind
Just at the point when the present is
Pushed behind
Now, heaven and earth try to combine
As life slips into another process
of space and time.
