Joan A. (Stanislawski) Early

Joan A. Early (nee: Stanislawski), 78 of Toms River, NJ, formerly of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April, 3, 2018, at the Genesis Healthcare Southern Ocean Center in Manahawkin, NJ.

Joan was born and raised in Bayonne before moving to Toms River 25 years ago.  She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted homemaker who took great pride in her role as mother, grandmother, and sister.  She had a very special relationship with her grand-dog companion, “Dexter", and showered him with lots of love and affection.

Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband James J. Early Sr. in 2001, and her parents, Joseph W. Sr and Jane T. (Baginski) Stanislawski. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Jean Marie Early-Brown and husband Christopher, her sons, James J. Early and Michael R.Early, 1 sister Ms. Patricia Niemczyk, 1 brother Joseph W. Stanislawski Jr. and wife Maria, and 3 adored grandsons, Edison James, Boden John, and Shane Thomas Early.

A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, April 5, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm to 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A funeral mass in Joan’s honor will be offered on Friday, April 6, at 10:00 am at St. John Paul II Parish at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Cremation will immediately follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden, NJ.
