Margaret (Zembraski) Benedicks

Margaret Benedicks, a lifelong Bayonne resident, entered into eternal rest peacefully on February 1, 2025, at Alaris Health at Hamilton Park in Jersey City. 

Throughout her life, Margaret became a well-known presence in Bayonne, recognized for her dedication as a waitress at popular local establishments, including Pinocchio's, Tops, 8th Street, and Lighthouse Diners. Her warm smile and outstanding service left a lasting impression on countless customers, making her a beloved figure in the Bayonne community.

Margaret's love for her family was immeasurable and unwavering. She was the cherished wife of the late William Benedicks, who left us in June 2009, and a nurturing mother to her late daughter, Jean Marie Benedicks. Margaret's legacy lives on through her loving children, Anna Lynn, Steven, Jacob, and Eric, and her eight precious grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of whom adored her deeply.
