Martyna Bezrudczyk Obituary

The family of Martyna Bezrudczyk announces with deep sorrow her unexpected passing on May 21, 2025. Born in Elk, Poland, she immigrated to the United States with her family in 1999, where they made their home in Bayonne.

Martyna pursued her dreams with unwavering enthusiasm, earning a degree in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.  Her strong work ethic led her to a successful career in the business world, rising to the position of operations manager at FactSet Research Systems Inc. in New York City. Prior to this achievement, she made valuable contributions while working at Capital Rx, also in New York City.

Martyna had an immense passion for various hobbies that filled her life with happiness. She took pleasure in cooking and experimenting with new recipes and flavors for all to savor. Dancing was another favorite pastime as she thrived in the spirit of celebrations and gatherings. As an avid traveler, she embraced every opportunity to reconnect with family and friends all across Europe, particularly in Poland. In addition to her European travels, Martyna explored vibrant destinations such as Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

As a loving wife and a proud, nurturing mother, Martyna's life centered around her beloved daughter, Eliza Rose, who brought immeasurable joy and light to her days. Martyna's family meant everything to her, and their love was a powerful force that created countless beautiful moments together. In this incredibly difficult time, her family will always hold onto those precious times and treasure the deep bond they had with Martyna. Though she may no longer be physically present, her spirit will radiate and continue to live on in their hearts for all eternity.

Martyna leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her devoted husband, Kyle Holmes, and their precious daughter, Eliza Rose; her parents, Bernard and Elzbieta (Muczynski) Bezrudczyk, her in-laws, Scott and Karen (Carlson) Holmes, her grandparents, Boleslaw and Irena Muczynski, and Jozefa Bezrudczyk; her sister, Katarzyna Milewski and her husband, Tomasz, her adored nephews, Mikolaj (her godson) and Dominik Milewski; her brother-in-law, Daniel Holmes as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Stanislaw Bezrudczyk.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Martyna's beautiful life will take place at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home on Friday, May 30, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. On Saturday, May 31, at 11:00 AM, a funeral mass in her honor will be held at St. John Paul II Parish of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 39 East 22nd St., Bayonne. (Everyone is requested to meet at church at 1o:45 AM.)

Love Is Patient

1 Corinthians 13:4-10

Love is patient, love is kind.

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered,

it keeps no records of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil,

but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts,

always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where

there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues,

they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

For we know in part and we prophesy in part,

but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.

And these three remain: FAITH, HOPE, AND LOVE

But the greatest of these is LOVE.
