Zbyszek Gancarz

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Zbyszek  Gancarz announces his passing on October 28, 2020 at the age of 56.  Born in Kolbuszowa, Poland, he immegrated to the United States where he lived in Bayonne before settling in Linden, NJ.  He was employed in the granite industry for the past 15 years.

Zbyszek had a strong work ethic that he carried with him throughout his life.  He will be remembered as a fiercely loyal and loving man who never wavered in his commitment to family and friends.  He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Zbyszek was predeceased by his beloved parents, Janina and Stanislaw, and his brother Marian.  Left to cherish his memory are his family in Poland, children Bartłomiej  and Anita, sister Danuta Micek, niece Ewelina and her husband Darek, nephew Lukasz and his wife Anna and their children, and his extended family in the United States, the Posluszny family, the Rzesa family, and the Nelson family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass in Zbyszek's honor at 10:00 am, on Saturday, November 14, at St. Cecilia Church, 90 Church Street, Rockaway NJ.  His ashes will be sent to Poland for burial at Trzesowka Cemetery.
